Both DC24 machines have a handle that compresses for easy storage. DC24 Animal also includes a Mini turbine head to remove more pet hair from the home and car.
Ultra-lightweight
Choosing a smaller, lighter machine doesn’t have to mean sacrificing performance. DC24 machines weigh just 11.65 lbs, but they perform like a full-size Dyson vacuum.
Fingertip brush bar control
The cleaner head on a DC24 vacuum works across different carpet heights. So you can carry on cleaning without having to stop, bend down and fiddle with awkward dials. There’s also a fingertip control to switch the motorized brush bar off to protect delicate hard floors.
Reversible wand
DC24 machines have a wand that reverses to reach awkward places more easily and with a better grip. With the wand fully extended, DC24 machines have a total reach of 28.7 feet. Tools click-fit to the end of the wand, giving more cleaning options for hard-to-reach places.
Push button bin emptying
Simply press the button and the bin’s base opens to release the dirt. The bin is clear, so you can see how much dust and dirt the vacuum has collected and when it needs emptying. The design also minimizes the risk of contact with dirt.
